I also had double vision, requiring a 2D prism (1D in each lens). In January 2008, I passed the drivers' exam with 20/40 on the right and 20/50 on the left. Customer Review: I owned and lost this book years ago. It came with an eye-chart that is designed to be used every day. Recently, I wanted to replace the book, so I ordered it from Amazon and the eye-chart was not included. I complained and received a message that the representative did not think there should be a chart. That was it. Case closed.
Well, the book is nearly useless without it!

Customer Review: I've been doing eye exercises, including the ones in this book, for about 10 years, and never worn glasses in all that time. The results? My eyesight is better, as determined by optometrists, when I keep up the exercises, considerably better too, but never seems to get beyond a certain limit. I guess the analogy is the guy with a missing leg who does physiotherapy. The physiotherapy helps mobility, but it isn't going to bring back the missing leg. That's basically what I was told when I finally went to see one of the authors of this book for a consultation. His final advice? Laser surgery. Apparently that's a really good option nowadays. So I'll look into it. Good luck folks.

Customer Review: My eyes have been watering for months. I tried over the counter remedies as well as a Restasis prescription from my doctor. The Restasis worked for a while but never really completely got rid of the problem.
I tried TheraTears mentioned in the book and although it said it would take 4-8 weeks to be effective, I noticed a lot of relief in just three weeks. It's a natural way to go, and I much prefer that to drugs.
I finally think I've found what I was looking for.

Customer Review: I read this many years ago and upon completion, visited my local optometrist for my annual visit. Prior to the visit, my glasses were -2.25 each eye and after examination, reduced to -1.75 each eye and later reduced again to -1.5 each eye, without doing the exercises!
Believing you get what you focus on (no pun intended), I achieved a 33% improvement.
There have been days when I've woken up and been able to see clearly without glasses or contacts and I've actually thought I forgot to remove them (which would not be the case, as my vision would be very cloudy if I had indeed done that.)
My girlfriend is now reading this book and it will be interesting to see what kind of improvement she may be able to obtain.
