Cortislim Diet Pills
The scientists behind Cortislim have identified that stress is a primary cause of weight gain in overweight individuals. Similar to other diet pills such as Relacore, Cortislim aims to reduce weight gain by attacking the symptoms of this stress.
Of course, the best solution would be to eliminate the stress altogether, but we can't all give up our jobs!
The theory goes that excess stress levels lead your body to produce an excess of Cortisol, a nasty hormone that can suppress thyroid function, create blood sugar imbalances and increase fat deposits. Cortislim claims that by reducing your levels of Cortisol, it will eliminate some of the belly fat that Cortisol has created.
How Does Cortislim Work?
Cortislim works in two ways. It contains some ingredients to reduce your levels of Cortisol, but it also contains some of the fat-burning ingredients found in other diet pills.
Acetyl L-Carnitine
A supplement that is usually synthesised by the liver and kidneys. It is a key component in the body's oxidation of fat.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
A powerful antioxidant that helps to regulate blood sugar levels. Recommended by Dr Atkins of the 'Atkins Diet' fane.
Calcium
Calcium has recently been shown to prevent fat storage and raise your metabolism, as well as its other positive effects in preventing osteoparosis.
Citrus Aurantium
Otherwise known as Bitter Orange, this plant yields a supplement that can help to control appetite.
Chromium
Chromium helps you to process carbohydrates and reduce hunger pangs. With insulin, it has been found to increase your metabolism, process carbohydrates and reduce body fat.
Green Tea Extract
Cortislim contains an extract from Green Tea named EGCG. Green Tea in a concentrated form is so effective because it increases your metabolism and reduces your appetite.

Phosphatidylserine
This is a nutrient needed by the Cortisol receptors in the Hypothalamus. Without it, the body cannot identify and correct artificially high levels of Cortisol.
Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B plays an important part in your metabolism, as it is crucial in converting food to energy, rather than storing it away as fat. In this way, it boosts your metabolism, gives you more energy and helps you burm more calories.
Yohimbine
A stimulant that increases your body temperature and metabolism. Derived from the bark of an African tree, it is also claimed to be a powerful antioxidant.
Cortislim Side Effects
