The Magnetic Diet

It is just about the purest water you can drink. Only water distilled twice is purer. Those who oppose drinking distilled water argue that the process removes the minerals from the water. But in fact the mineral content of water is so scanty that to derive the recommended daily allowance of magnesium, phosphorus, or calcium from it, you would have to drink so much it would kill you. All of the beneficial minerals in the magnetic diet come from healthy food.

Magnetizing Water for Additional Health Benefits

There’s an easy way to magnetize the glass of water you drink in the morning. Just add one or two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has been touted as a home remedy for many ailments, including allergies, sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. Its been said that Hippocrates, “the father of medicine” and the namesake of the Hippocratic Oath taken by all doctors, treated his patients with apple cider vinegar.

My wife and I have added organic apple cider vinegar to our water for years. It’s the first thing we drink in the morning upon awakening. And while I have not seen any scientific studies that support the claims made for it, I can say from personal experience that for as long as I have been using it, I have always enjoyed good health. The few times that I actually caught a cold or the flu, it was mild and I recovered within a couple of days.
