But throughout the book were references to meditation. Now, I learned visualization as a teenager and used it throughout my entire life. I also had read and learned about meditation and had it on my list of New Year’s resolutions for many years, but had never got around to it. After reading Yogananda’s Autobiography, I decided that I would take a course and learn how to meditate. So I attended a course sponsored by an organization called Ananda and began practicing the meditation practice similar to the one that I outlined in this book.
