If you visualize yourself lean, healthy, and happy, and you do it long enough, you will soon be eating in a way that resonates with that self-image. You’ll also move more. You’ll walk more, do work around the house, play actively with your family or friends, or perhaps begin an exercise program. You will take those actions because the image in your mind will seek a match in reality.
